Peter Berdusco

Mr. Berdusco is a senior executive officer and board member in the public and private sectors. Over the past 20 years he has applied his expertise to corporate restructurings, reverse-take-overs, capital pool companies, board oversight, strategic planning, corporate management and project financing. The last ten-year years he has fulfilled the position of President and Chief Executive Officer for a number of TSX Venture Exchange junior resource companies, financing projects in Africa, North and South America.

Michael Kinley

Mr. Kinley received his Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mount Allison University in 1971 and his Chartered Accountant designation in Ontario in 1973. He earned his designation with KPMG, where he spent 20 years (1971-1991), the last 10 as a partner. During the past 25 years Mr. Kinley has served as an officer and director for a number of resource companies listed on the TSX and TSX Venture Exchanges, including Cardero Resources, Wealth Minerals, Indico Resources, International Tower Hill Mines, Dorato Resources, Trevali Resources and Nexus Gold Corp.

Maria Mockova, PhD

Ms. Mockova holds a doctorate in Microeconomics with a Masters in Economic Diplomacy from the Prague University of Economics and Business, having spent three earlier years at the University of Economics in Bratislava, Slovakia with a focus on accounting.

Early in her career, Ms. Mockova worked exclusively in Europe for advertising agencies specializing in international branding. She later held executive corporate and marketing positions for a global beverage company, in which she oversaw both the Czech and Slovak offices.

Rob Christl

Mr.Christl has been an active investor and has worked in various corporate development capacities in the junior resource industry for over 30 years He is the sole proprietor of a consulting business that specializes in assisting microcap and junior exploration companies raise funds, build a strong shareholder base and works with his clients to build value in the companies he consults with.

VP Exploration

Freeman Smith, P.Geo

Is a qualified person and has over 20 years of experience in the exploration industry working primarily in BC, Ontario and Mexico. He has served as VP of Exploration and VP of Corporate Dev. with several junior explorers looking for base and precious metals in North and South America.
