We recognize that our ability to generate long-term value for our shareholders is firmly rooted in how we conduct ourselves, treat our employees, build relationships with the communities in which we operate, and protect the environment.

We strive for proactive management and collaboration in every facet of our operations, including technical, cultural heritage, environmental monitoring and reporting, service and supply procurement as well as staffing. We aim for our operations to be guided through collaboration with our Indigenous neighbours and stakeholders to ensure the preservation of the environment and cultural heritage resources while promoting community capacity building.
