Anglo Canadian Uranium Corp. (URA on TSX.V) (the “Company”) is pleased to announce the results from two exploration drill holes on their Friday Creek mineralized zone near Princeton, B.C. Highlights from this drill program include an intersection of 1.494% Cu over 6.08 meters. A full summary of the results can be viewed in the table below. Additional drill holes have been completed on this project, with assays pending. Results from other exploratory holes will be released in due course. The Company will continue drilling on this project when weather permits.
The holes were drilled on favourable stratigraphy that indicates an alkaline porphyry environment. The results from hole DDH-11 ran 156 meters of 0.087% Cu. These results are not weighted This hole is strongly altered with chalcocite and bornite throughout the section assayed. DDH-12 ran 42.57 meters of 0.28% Cu., including 6.08 meters of 1.495% Cu and 0.714 gm/tonne Au. This hole drilled near a monzonite diorite contact is mineralized with chalcocite and bornite throughout the section assayed. . The total results for these intervals are listed below. Hole DDH 11 was drilled to 179 meters and hole DDH 12 was drilled to 214 meters. Intervals that were not sampled did not contain visible mineralization. The numbering system for drill # 2 holes start at #11.

The Princeton Project lies approximately 5 km south of the Newmont Ingerbell mine. This mine operated for over 20 years with the final year of production producing 40,545,000 pounds of copper, 83,500 ounces of silver and 27,000 ounces of gold. Historically, the Princeton region has been a prolific copper-gold producing area.
The company has also completed 25 line-kilometers of ground magnetics and 3-D IP. The data is currently being processed at SJ Geophysics in Delta, B.C. This survey is approximately 2.5 km northwest of the DDH 11&12. The company plans to extend this survey to the area of the above noted drill holes. The area is fairly steep and work will continue latter this spring. The technical portion of this release has been approved by James A.Turner. P.Geo., a qualified person under NI 43-101.
